Since I was just the right height and weight, my family members have asked me to walk on their back or massage with fist or elbows to their back, shoulders, neck, feet etc. They are mostly construction workers who do heavy lifting, repetitive motions and are on their feet all day. My passion for massage came as a surprise to me. I originally decided to go to school for the Holistic Massage Program because I wanted to learn how to cleanse my own energy. Some traumatic experiences caused me to feel depressed and disappointed with myself. I decided to make a change starting with me. I attended Spa Tech in Plymouth,MA starting September 2019. Massage therapy has many benefits for the client, however, as a massage therapist it is very rewarding when clients tell me how I've helped their condition improve and their quality of life. This encouraged me to become a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. I look forward to providing more comfort and mobility to patients with ailments affecting their quality of life.
